LOCATION:

Hybrid in Boulder, Colorado (3 days/week in the office)

Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be a key player on Spectra's Human Resources team, responsible for recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, employee communications, talent management, performance management, learning and development and compliance. You will set the strategic direction, design, implement and measure HR programs across global locations. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Collaborating with the CHRO and management to align HR strategies, policies and programs with Spectra's goals and business objectives. Uniting the company around shared goals, mission and values. Designing a competitive and equitable compensation structure, job levels and career paths. Developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent. Analyzing key metrics, including eNPS, turnover and top talent retention, to drive improvements based on insights. Overseeing new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring that new hires are set up for success and properly integrated into the company culture. Collaborating with the executive team and managers to maintain job descriptions, talent mapping, succession planning and organizational capabilities. Evolving Spectra's performance management process framework to focus on continuous feedback. Developing and implementing a leadership and management training framework to foster a culture of continuous learning, growth and development. Managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conflict resolution, coaching managers and maintaining positive employee relations. Ensuring that Spectra is soliciting employee feedback and implementing improvements based on that feedback. Introducing an HR business partner program. Training and supporting the HR team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. Managing the HR budget to ensure resources are used effectively.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

8 to 10 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations. Experience successfully leading cultural change and performance improvement efforts. Experience building and implementing compensation, performance management and employee engagement programs. Expertise in HR best practices and navigating employee relations issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Supportive and approachable leader. Ability to take initiative and be proactive. Ability to think strategically and develop effective HR strategies and programs. A team player who works collaboratively with executives, managers and employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, business environment where a roll-up-your-sleeves approach is required.

COMPENSATION:

Base salary range: $150,000 to $180,000 annually. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate a candidate's actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and location.
