Qualifications

  • +2 years of Building maintenance experience

  • Experience specifically Plumbing, HVAC, RTUs, Electrical tasks, Dry wall, Patch and Paint

  • Ability to work independently

  • Adaptable to outdoors environment

Job Description

Seeking a Building Engineer to manage and maintain 11 commercial buildings in Boulder, CO. This role requires handling maintenance requests, performing plumbing tasks such as changing valves in urinals and toilets, and addressing P traps and snaking issues. The candidate will also be responsible for drywall patching and repair, painting, electrical tasks including changing ballasts, and switching out outlets and switches. Experience in HVAC is advantageous but not mandatory, as tasks may range from minimal involvement to diagnosing and setting parameters to RTU units, with opportunities for repair and replacement.

Pay

$25-32HR DOE

Shift

1st Monday-Friday
