We are a Veteran owned plumbing and heating company in Boulder. We provide residential and light commercial service work as well as boiler installations. We operate from 8-5 Monday through Friday (No nights, weekends or holidays). We do not operate on commissions thus NO selling. We are seeking full-time employees. We will make room for the right person regardless of experience who brings the right set of skills and attitude. We want to find a long term employee, not just fill openings. Job Description: * Respond to service calls, diagnose system problems * Educate customer on the issues, and implement the repair or replacement * Properly document the services and complete installation paperwork * Maintain a high standard of quality for each job * Comply with Federal, State, and Local code * Arrive promptly and adhere to deadlines * Customer service and satisfaction is the main focus
