Position: Technical Product Owner

Location: Overland Park, KS - HYBRID weekly

Salary: up to $125,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus potential

In this role, you will have the stability of direct permanent full time position and the variety of working on special projects with various clients.

In this role you will apply your Technical Product Owner experience to lead large-scale projects, coordinate requirements, manage productions schedules, launches and help drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Balance new product development with maintenance and tech debt.

• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to all stakeholders.

• Adopt industry-leading practices in innovation, customer experience, and agile product delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of Technical Product Owner or Product Manager experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong requirements elicitation and writing skills

• Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM) like Jamf.

• Experience with agile/iterative development and program management methodologies.

• Skilled SDLC Experience, Configuration Management Experience, and QA Experience.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Product Management.

• Proficient in Agile product management methodologies.

• Ability to create and manage Detailed Technical Specifications.

• Proven track record in Delivery Management, ensuring timely and quality product releases.

• Experience in managing Delivery Schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure project timelines are met.

• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey product strategies and plans.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle product-related challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
