Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Be responsible for owning and continuously refining the development team’s backlog of carefully prioritized packets of work designed to systematically deliver on a long-term strategic roadmap. Participate in all the standard agile ceremonies to ensure that the team is fully supported with all the context they need to deliver on their goal to develop first rate robust software. Collaborate with the key stakeholders across all departments in the organization to ensure that the backlog is aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and strategy. Work closely with utility customers to continuously refine their objectives and the company’s understanding of the customer’s world in order to act as their champion within the organization. Help develop an integrated product strategy between all GridOS products. Support the sales team on strategic growth initiatives and RFP responses. Perform competitive analysis to understand and differentiate GridOS.

Qualifications / Requirements:

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Design Engineering, or Computer Science + 2 years of experience working in a technical software role.

The position also requires 2 years of experience in product management. 100% remote position. Telecommuting is permitted. When not telecommuting, must report into offices in Bothell, WA.

The salary range for this position is $125,800 to $158,400. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience and their education.
