Job Description

Develop and maintain Snowflake stored procedures to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

 Design and create Grafana dashboards to effectively visualize and monitor application data and performance using data from Snowflake and Prometheus.

 Proficient with Prometheus and exporters like mongodb-exporter, node-exporter, redis-exporter.

o Development experience with Custom Collectors using SDK would be a plus

 Proficient with ELK stack:

o Deployment and Maintenance of Elasticsearch clusters

o Hands-on with Elasticsearch Query DSL and Aggregations

o Should have used Elasticsearch REST APIs to ingest the data into Elasticsearch programmatically

o Design and create Kibana dashboards to effectively visualize and monitor application data and performance.

o Hands-on experience with Logstash which includes extracting and transforming the data from various sources like Snowflake, MongoDB, CSV and JSON files etc.

 Create and manage Docker images to streamline application deployment and scalability.

 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to support various software development tasks.

 Assist in implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure and Kubernetes, as needed.

 Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.

 Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to enhance software performance and user experience.

 Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our software development efforts.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience in Snowflake stored procedures, Prometheus, Grafana/Kibana dashboard creation, ELK stack and Docker image creation

 Proven experience in deploying and maintaining Elasticsearch Clusters

 Strong experience in Backend development using Python, NodeJS

 Strong experience with NoSQL Databases preferably MongoDB and RDBMS like PostgreSQL

 Excellent knowledge of caching solutions like Redis, Memcached

 Excellent knowledge of implementing and consuming REST APIs

 Experienced in designing an end-to-end solution.

 Experienced in Mobile Telecom Product Development

 Knowledge of LTE / 5G Packet Core

 Good working hands-on knowledge of Linux and IP Network.

 3+ Experience in K8s, Azure, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD

 Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills

 Proficient with Agile development methodologies and best practices

 Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

 Strong communication and teamwork skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
