We’re looking for an outstanding VP/Director —someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital media star to actively drive performance for some of the largest brands on the planet. What you’ll do:

As VP/Director, you will oversee a full Programmatic team and serve as the primary point of contact for one or multiple clients. You’ll drive the value proposition for the media team, identifying educational needs and overseeing the delivery of targeted educational programs. Your job is to monitor each individual’s performance, utilization, and career growth. You’ll also ensure that all applicable media buying techniques and technologies are deployed for optimal campaign performance. You’ll contribute to the overarching precision practice as a senior leader: developing process, producing thought leadership, and futureproofing business for our group. You think like a marketer and know how to evolve client strategy to grow their business. You are ahead of industry trends and think about how to differentiate and grow our digital business.

As a Digitas thought leader, you must possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital communications landscape to engage and challenge some of the finest minds in the industry and to further develop a new type of media entity for Digitas that seamlessly integrates technology and strategy.

Qualifications

Day to day your role includes:

  • Defining agency-wide strategic objectives and providing relevant thought leadership on processes, audience strategies, campaign optimization, and the growth of Precision at Digitas

  • Serving as an expert on all aspects of the planning and campaign management processes, programmatic best practices, and publisher offerings

  • Overseeing the team by reviewing strategies, processes, campaign results, and the overall success of client relationships

  • Solving abstract client problems with creative thought leadership and collaboration with leaders across our organization

  • Interfacing with agency media teams to communicate service offerings, assisting with complex campaign setups, and identifying and delivering new solutions in a collaborative fashion

  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify key client opportunities, potential risks, and other nuances that affect the health of the business

  • Defining and driving adoption of best practices in the digital and addressable media space

  • Leading regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance

  • Completing forecasting exercises for senior management

  • Participating in regular financial and operational meetings with senior leadership

  • Collaborating with other channel leads to drive success across all media for clients

  • Serving as a point of escalation for campaign, strategic, and relationship challenges with clients

  • Overseeing training, mentoring, and development of direct reports

  • Embracing and encouraging a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity

  • Participating in new business pitches by bringing forward award winning digital strategy ideas

  • Identifying areas of opportunity for growth and improvement for the entire Precision org; rolling out cultural and institutional improvements alongside the Precision leadership team
