In alignment with this bold corporate goal, Amazon Robotics is hiring a Technical Program Manager to manage various sustainability related programs like high-fidelity carbon accounting, Design for Sustainability, Supplier Engagement, and dispositioning. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can engage and convince stakeholders from junior to senior levels.

Key job responsibilities

• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.

• Collaborate with partner sustainability teams to adopt best practices and tools.

• Develop implementation plans, gain approvals, and execute

• Support automation of business processes to allow the team scale.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience working directly with engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

• Experience working on Sustainability projects/programs

• Understanding of carbon accounting

• Experience engaging suppliers
