Boston University STUDY COORDINATOR, School of Medicine, Anatomy & Neurobiology in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Study Coordinator will support an NIH-funded research study on the impact of racism burden on cardiovascular disease risk and neurocognitive aging in Black older adults and will require conducting phone calls with participants, verbal informed consent and screening, scheduling study visits and coordinating with the various study sites and team members, provide administrative and technical support (e.g., maintaining regulatory documentation, maintaining minor equipment), organize and archive datasets, and assist with tasks related to community engagement as needed (e.g., ordering supplies, maintaining and inventory of supplies), and supervise Work Study students as needed.

The candidate should have relevant prior experience in an academic research setting. The candidate should also have experience working with a diverse research team and interacting with diverse groups of research participants.

Required Skills

Bachelors required and 1-3 years' experience.
