A day in the life

Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for brand new products, including S-Team level goals.

Write and review PR/FAQs and other strategic documents with senior leadership.

Lead a team of Product Manager-Technical and Product Managers as they write requirements documents, define use cases and CX.

Prioritize being a really great people manager. Building, motivating, rewarding and coaching a diverse team of Product Managers is the most important part of this role. You will recruit and retain top talent and excel in day-to-day people and performance management tasks.

Delight your customers. Internalize our customer challenges and derive creative solutions which apply new and innovative technology.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• 6+ years of team management experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
