What We Need

The Senior Digital Product Owner to focus on the most impactful outcomes, ensuring that our Digital Products meet the needs and create value for our customers and organization. Deliver Digital Products that consistently exceed customer expectations, improve the ease and convenience of personalized, self-service options, and continually drive towards desired outcomes. Prioritize our customer’s needs and align our Digital Product roadmap to deliver delightful experiences that solve their needs and challenges in the moments that matter.

Your Day to Day

  • Collaborates with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand initiative and epic vision. Defines and manages program epics/features backlogs in support of initiative vision - decomposing epics into features and prioritizing them appropriately.

  • Participates in appropriate ceremonies for ongoing decomposition & prioritization (e.g., Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective)

  • Drives story refinement sessions, communicates requirement to team, helps with design decisions and coordinates delivery of dependencies.

  • Leads story grooming sessions that involves business stakeholders, CX, UX and Engineering teams.

  • Think Minimum Viable Product, coupled with continuous improvement, Think Consumer and Digital First, focus on Insights and KPI’s driven approach – CSAT, NPS and other Customer Satisfaction Goals.

We're Looking For

What You Bring

  • BA/BS in computer science/technology or business, or equivalent work experience.

  • 4-6 years of experience as a product owner.

  • 2+ years of member/customer facing website and mobile app digital product management experience.

  • 2+ years of customer experience grounding.

  • Requires good understanding of Digital technologies and concepts, Mobile Web and Apps and upcoming market changes/trends like Cloud, Health Care Interoperability, Accessibility, Machine Learning, AI.

  • Product Owner certification is a plus.

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $143,000.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
