Wayfair Sr. Associate, Loyalty Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><em>This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote)</em></p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Manage the day-to-day operating needs of Wayfair’s loyalty program, partnering deeply across numerous cross-functional teams to drive results (Marketing, Creative, Promotions, Product / Engineering, Analytics, and Legal)</li>

<li>Influence and execute the program marketing strategy, launching innovative acquisition and retention campaigns that reach, engage and delight prospective and existing program members</li>

<li>Direct the planning and execution of loyalty events, including members-only sales, early access events, double rewards weeks, sweepstakes, and more</li>

<li>Oversee the content and presentation of key onsite experiences, including the program landing page and sign-up experiences</li>

<li>Produce documentation, training materials, etc. that enable the organization at large to properly manage customer interactions with the program (e.g., service agents, physical store staff, etc.)</li>

<li>Drive continuous improvement in program operations, ingesting feedback from across the business and developing perspective on how and where we can increase the clarity and quality of our customer experience</li>

<li>Maintain industry expertise and synthesize opportunities from market and competitive trends&nbsp;</li>

<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including opportunities to leverage third-party services</li>

<li>Socialize learnings with Wayfair senior leadership via concise, answer-first communications</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>2+ years of experience, ideally in marketing, business strategy/operations, startup/tech, and/or finance</li>

<li>Strong project management skills - ability to effectively plan and collaborate across functional stakeholders to drive results and “get stuff done”</li>

<li>Ability to independently own and execute solutions to complex problems</li>

<li>Ability to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, thrive, and have fun in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Uncompromising precision and attention to detail</li>

<li>Clear and effective verbal and written communications - ability to leverage data from a multitude of sources to tell a persuasive story, tailor communication style based on the audience, and influence others</li>

<li>Excellent critical thinking and&nbsp; problem solving skills - comfortable getting deep into the data and building a strategy based on data-driven insights</li>

<li>Proficiency in Excel preferred</li>
