We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Customer Solutions Manager to manage multiple co-development programs and help those customers get successful outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned leader to own a portfolio of Automotive co-development programs. As the Technical Customer Solutions Manager you are responsible for managing co-development investment ROI, co-development strategy, influencing product and security design, day-to-day co-development management/operations, executive engagement, and building a healthy and high performing co-development program. The Principal Customer Solutions Manager is a senior role and part of the organizational leadership team driving broad industry transformation and game changing business outcomes on AWS. We are a collaborative organization with diverse backgrounds, start-up creativity, and an enduring curiosity and tenacity to make the world a better place for our customers and the world at large.

A successful candidate would have led strategic programs, collaborated closely with product and engineering organizations, be familiar with operational best practices, be versed in automotive systems, and have great business acumen.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

10+ Years of building and delivering strategic programs and solutions

10+ Years of technology leadership

5+ Years of C-suite/Executive engagement and collaboration

Fluent German Speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of building, integrating, and operating Automotive Software

• Proven track record of solving next generation automotive challenges with software solutions and products

• Experience with connected car, autonomous systems, and real time data management

• Strong judgement and business acumen in determining strategic vision and running a complex, multivariate business

• Demonstrated leadership and strong judgement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $164,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $284,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
