Description

Payroll Manager Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Payroll Manager to join their team. This critical role involves working collaboratively with HR, conducting quality checks with ADP, and managing an end-to-end payroll process that ensures accurate and timely payment of wages. Tasks include maintaining payroll systems' data integrity, developing compliance best practices, facilitating audits, preparing informative payroll reports, and staying current with industry trends. ** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

** CPA or CPP certification preferred.

** 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or director-level role overseeing the work of in house or outsourced teams.

** Extensive knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and employment regulations.

**Proven experience with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).

**Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
