Insight Global Office Assistant in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Assistant to join the Boston office of an AM 100 law firm. The ideal candidate would have 1 year of administrative experience within a law firm and be comfortable working in a high-paced legal environment. The responsibilities will include performing administrative office tasks, responding to correspondences, tracking attorney expenses in Chrome River, assist with eFiling, printing and compiling binders, coordinating calendars and preparing for events and meetings. This role is on-site in downtown Boston 5 days per week.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of general office or law firm experience.

High school diploma required.

Experience in a legal environment or professional services preferred.

Adequate knowledge of general office equipment.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to develop positive working relationships (in-person and virtually).

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective organizational skills.

Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.

Ability to read, create, proofread and transcribe documents.

Ability to exchange information and receive instructions via phone and email.

Ability to work in a high-pressure deadline driven environment.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, with a willingness to accept ownership of projects and be successful in driving projects and daily tasks, to a successful conclusion.

Unquestioned integrity and professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Proficient in web-based conference call/web-sharing applications. -Experience with Chrome River
