Description

Vice President of Marketing with 10+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, onsite position in Boston. Must be able to work onsite in Boston 5 days a week. Must have relevant experience working in a professional services firm and working on RFPs and client presentations. Must have strong writing skills and relevant industry experience. Salary is 120-150K depending on experience. Occasional travel may be required.

The Vice President of Marketing will drive marketing strategy to promote brand awareness, generate leads and new business, and foster client development. They will also create and manage new business marketing needs including preparation, submission, and tracking of proposals and new business pitches Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to create a marketing plan and budget in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop sales materials such as proposals, case studies, brochures, and presentations, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.

  • Drive client engagement strategies, oversee the development of proposals and presentations, and continuously improve these processes.

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO optimization, email marketing, and social media engagement.

  • Enhance brand visibility through media engagement, press releases, and social media.

  • Lead client events from concept to execution.

  • Manage external marketing partners as required, lead internal communication and employee events, and analyze marketing performance metrics.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field. MBA is a plus.

  • 10-15 years of experience in strategic marketing and 3-5 years in commercial real estate, AEC industry, or professional services industry.

  • Proven track record in leading and winning significant pursuits.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the capacity to generate content.

  • Experience in managing budgets, creating marketing plans, proposal creation, and successful management of PR and social media channels.

  • Proficiency in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and the latest presentation software.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques
