This person will report directly to the Head of HR - GTM and assist the team on the ground with all HR related matters on the day to day running of the business, whilst also being responsible as the global contact for Compensation topics. The responsibilities:

  • Compensation

  • Research compensation, benefits policies, and plans.

  • Review market competitiveness and internal equity for compensation and benefits.

  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.

  • Liase with our parent company to maintain internal alignment.

  • Support the preparation for and facilitation of the annual compensation cycle, manage the system and support the users in the process.

  • Monitor and research compensation and benefits trends.

  • HR Ops

  • Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, and other HR-related matters.

  • Ensure data quality and complete appropriate audit procedures in accordance with Risk & Compliance controls.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support and resolve local issues in order to ensure efficient HR processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date processes, procedures, and documents aligned with SOP’s and Dutch employment law & legislation.

  • Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferred. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CCP) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or a related HR field.

  • Proven experience in compensation analysis, job evaluations, and HRIS management.

  • Experience with compensation planning and administration in a technical organization.

  • Knowledge of international compensation practices and regulations.

  • Experience with process improvement initiatives in HR operations.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel primarily).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
