Sodexo Food Operations Finance Manager in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Sodexo is seeking an experienced leader for a Food Operations Finance Manager for Brigham & Women’s Hospital located in Boston, MA, toprovide financial analysis for the unit, as well as the overall system. In this role, you will report to the Client Executive, and work Monday through Friday (flexible shift available). You will need the flexibility to travel approximately one day a week or so to another location within the Brigham & Women's system.

What You'll Do
recommendations to Unit management for action and/or modification in regard to inventory, cost control, and compliance
handle month end billing and audits
assess the effectiveness of how the unit tracks food costs and spending
assist in the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process to ensure accuracy and integrity of results at the unit and district level
perform ad hoc financial analysis for Unit management

What You Bring
food service management experience and understanding of invoicing, billing, and compliance
experience in analyzing and interpreting budgeting and maintaining costs
prior experience working with POS systems and/or patient food services systems

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
