The Quadient Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Director Talent Acquisition who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for leading the North American Talent Acquisition Team.

  • The TA Director will lead, mentor and manage a high performing team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Talent Sourcers that can source and recruit exceptional and diverse talent.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's performance and professional development.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth objectives

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce and recruiting needs, business objectives, and the required candidate job level, experience, characteristics, and competencies

  • As the subject matter expert, proactively work to: create sourcing strategies to meet current talent acquisition needs and build a pipeline for future roles, screen qualified internal/external candidates, define the selection, participate in offer presentation, negotiations and close

  • Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

  • Facilitate an impressive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring manager - communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness

  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.

  • Implement best practices for candidate assessment, including behavioral interviewing techniques and competency-based evaluations.

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Monitor candidate feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

Your profile

  • Extensive talent acquisition experience and industry knowledge

  • 8+ years of experience of managing and leading global teams, setting strategic direction, managing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

  • Out of the box thinker with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive efficiency in recruitment processes through technology adoption, automation, or other innovative solutions

  • Deep understanding of best practices in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent across various levels and functions.

  • Experience of and the ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This includes workforce planning, employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, and leveraging technology for efficient recruitment processes.

  • Demonstrable experience in reporting and data analytics with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights for senior level executives. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

  • Understanding of business operations, financial implications of talent decisions, and the ability to align talent strategies with broader business goals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with the ability to coach and influence others

  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions and set objectives

  • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles

  • Problem solver with a constant improvement mindset

  • Analytical, resourceful, detail oriented and meticulous

  • Expertise with HCM and CRM systems - how best to achieve full optimization and adoption

This position has a salary range of:

$127,600.00 - $191,400.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
