We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Aquatics Group to work in any of our offices,Massachusetts or New York preferred. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience and professional licensure required.

Our ideal candidate will have strong design, computer, and technical writing skills as well as the ability and desire to secure work, manage clients, lead a talented team and challenging projects that involve the development of aquatics facilities, ranging from rooftop to collegiate competition pools, municipal facilities, and fountains. What you’ll do:

• Oversees Project Managers and Program Managers to ensure that client needs are being met.

• Directs and administers the activities of his/her project team, provides the support staff and technical resources necessary for client satisfaction and successful project completion, and is responsible for the quality, timely completion, and budget control of all assigned projects.

• Ensures the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all projects completed by him/her, and ensures compliance with established standards, procedures, codes, regulations, and client expectations.

  What you will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Architecture is required

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience including office and/or field work with a proven track record in time management, technical competence, budget control and client relations.

• Ability to secure new work and clients.

• A great attitude and willingness to learn.

• Knowledge and proficiency in MEP Revit and AutoCAD

• Experience with digital rendering software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up is preferred.

• Active Driver’s License
