Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office in Boston, MA to handle administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include providing support to managers and employees, managing daily office needs, and overseeing general administrative activities. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls

  • Arrange and manage appointments

  • Attend meetings and record detailed minutes

  • Compose and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms

  • Aid in compiling routine reports

  • Establish and manage a filing system

  • Keep office policies and procedures up-to-date

  • Procure office supplies and explore new suppliers and deals

  • Manage contact databases

  • Coordinate travel bookings

  • Process and reconcile expense reports

  • Offer assistance to visitors

  • Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external parties

  • Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and inquiries from senior management.
