We currently have an immediate opening for a Specialty Chemical Truck Driver at the Borger facility located in Borger, Texas. The successful candidate is expected to adhere to and follow all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties. This position will load, and unload chemicals as needed, clean up and inspect loading equipment, will need to be able to navigate all 48 states and Canada, and must be able to work in a team environment.

Our Driver Benefits and Perks:

  • 50 hour guaranteed pay (10 hours OT/weekly) 10 hour/day guarantee

  • Layover pay 10 hours/day

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • A valid CDL Class A license with Tanker Truck Endorsement

  • Safe driving record that meets all DOT regulations and requirements

  • Ability to travel and be away from home on average of 4 days at a time

  • Ability to Understand and follow plant policies and procedures

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

  • Ability to work overtime at various times

  • Ability to work at elevations above 6 feet and/or in confined spaces

  • Ability to use a variety of personal safety equipment

  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, dedicated to safe job performance, safety of the facility, and its employees

  • Ability to use computers and a desire to learn more and able to work in a team environment

  • Live within a 100 mile radius of the CPChem Borger facility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of over-the-road driving experience

  • HazMat endorsement

  • Passport
