We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and engagement of children in our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, creating a positive and nurturing environment, and supporting their growth and development.

• Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Care:

Provide constant supervision and ensure the safety of children in the childcare facility. Attend to the basic needs of children, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Engagement and Activities:

Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and play to stimulate cognitive, social, and physical development. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children to learn and explore.

• Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's activities, development, and any concerns.

Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure consistent care and communication.

• Safety and Emergency Procedures:

Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of children. Conduct regular safety checks of the childcare area and equipment. Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones. Assist in tracking and documenting any specific needs or requirements of individual children.

• Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
