Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality service to main customers post-implementation.

• Maximize revenues through reseller partners.

• Evaluate and recruit potential channel partners.

• Support partners in sales activities to achieve revenue targets.

• Formulate Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet customer needs.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide customer care to physicians, surgical staff, and hospital administration.

• Report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager on sales evolution and market insights.

• Serve as an interface between external end users/suppliers and internal staff.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry.

• Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement).

• Operating room experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

• Fluent in Italian and intermediate in English (min B2).

Territory and Travel

• Territory: Emilia Romagna and Toscana

• Base Location: Bologna, Modena, or Firenze

• Travel Percentage: 70%

• Operating Room Requirement: 70%
