ATI Physical Therapy Training & Organizational Development Analyst (Hybrid) in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Overview

The Training & Organizational Development (OD) Analyst will support curriculum development and delivery of company training in addition to providing OD support. In addition, this role will support OE processes that are implemented and managed at ATI to support Talent Succession and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver training. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support the administration and facilitation of new hire orientations and company onboarding sessions, in addition to Leadership and Employee HR Training.

  • Schedule virtual and live learning events; develop and distribute communication around these events; track training completion and administer reports to key leaders for review/action. Provide day-to-day support of ATI’s learning management system (LMS) and influence the continuous improvement of this tool and other related learning technologies.

  • Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (utilizing data from dashboard, reports, surveys, and key performance indicators). Develop and maintain a dashboard of OD metrics and provide periodic HR reporting related to these processes.

  • Support performance management, learning and development, succession planning and change management processes for the organization.

  • Provide recommendations to the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies customized to fulfill organizational development needs and achieve program objectives. Works closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to review and discuss business requests for training.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, organizational psychology, or related discipline

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree preferred

Minimum Experience

Required:

  • 3 years of related HR experience in Organizational Development, Training, and Organizational Effectiveness

  • Experience with instructional design and curriculum development.

  • Experience with Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.

  • Change Management experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and HRIS tools

  • Solid experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Preferred:

  • Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of HR policy, processes, adult learning, organizational and leadership development, and employee engagement.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to practice sound analytical and problem-solving skills to help all levels of leadership.

  • Can work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.

  • Can build strong relationships to provide high-level support and advice to internal stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills

Licenses and Certifications

Preferred:

  • SHRM PHR/SPHR preferred
