\ Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in inventory management. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly audits, performing cycle counts, researching variances, and collaborating with our process team to develop and implement best-in-class inventory control strategies. Based on your performance, you can be promoted to a Lead Inventory Control position.\ \ What You\'ll Do:\ Conduct daily and weekly audits of inventory.\ Perform regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.\ Analyze inventory data and identify areas for improvement.\ Partner with the process team to develop and implement inventory control strategies.\ Maintain accurate inventory records.\ QA to ensure accurate order fulfillment.\ \ Qualifications:\ High school diploma or equivalent.\ Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and/or inventory management (a plus).\ Strong understanding of inventory management principles and cycle counting processes\ Safety standards and best practices in supply chain.\ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.\ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.\ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other inventory control software\ Strong written and verbal communication skills.\ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.\ Time management skills.\ Flexibility to split time between warehouse and office environment.
