How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level role provides technical support to employees for their desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in IT troubleshooting and a willingness to learn more about printer and print service management.\ \ What Will You Do?

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues for end-users
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
• Maintain desktop software and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve printer-related issues, including driver installation, network connectivity, and paper jams
• Maintain knowledge of current printer technologies and troubleshooting techniques
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with users
• Manage workload and support ticket queues independently

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2+) years of experience
• Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

\ Bonus Points:

• A+ Certification or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with printer troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts
