This role specializes in implementing and supporting technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, and test support. This role will have client interaction as it drives implementation of new client projects, transitioning them to production, and supporting them while in production. This position act as an interface between the clients and our software development team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supports and drives the technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, and test support.

• Supports and drives client adoption of our software offering after our clients have gone into production.

• Support production usage including client issue triage, review, validation, and routing.

• Provides Client Admin, End-User, and internal training

• Develops and evolves knowledge of our SitusAMC software as well as the industry and client usage/processes

• Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.

• 12+ or more years’ experience in mortgage industry- highly preferred

• 12+ years of software/implementation experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a challenging environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Effective communication (written and oral) skills

• Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker

• Experience managing staff

• Detail oriented and organized

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$150,000.00 - $180,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
