We are looking for a Senior Global Supply Chain (GSC) Product Operations & Management (POM) Process Manager at Micron, you will have a unique opportunity to improve processes and tools within the GSC POM organization. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams within the organization, as well as with external groups. You will determine the size and scope of each project, ranging from enterprise-wide initiatives to smaller GSC POM specific projects. Some projects will require resources from various PMO and IT organizations, while others will involve working with internal POM resources to provide a complete solution. To ensure the successful completion of each project, you may need to take on multiple roles, including Project Manager, Key Stakeholder, Solution Architect, Change Manager, and Business Analyst.

Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively engaging with senior executives and individual contributors alike. In addition, your conceptual, analytical, and collaborative skills will play a pivotal role in this position. You will be expected to identify automation opportunities, while also recognizing when process or people enhancements may be a more practical approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive process and tool improvements within the GSC POM organization.

  • Collaborate with various functions within the organization and key external groups.

  • Determine the size and scope of each project, ranging from enterprise-wide to specific projects.

  • Use resources from different PMO and IT organizations for certain projects.

  • Provide full turnkey solutions by working with internal POM resources.

  • Take on multiple roles to ensure successful project transitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills are required!

  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and collaborative skills.

  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and assess process or people enhancements.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 7+ years of proven experience in process improvement, project management, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process and tool improvements.
