Micron Technology, Inc. has an opening for Software Development Engineering Manager in Boise, ID. Job Duties: Identify new technology or roadmap to improve productivity. Identify operation improvement for the team Drive for quality software development and alignment of OCT ADS solutions globally. Work with global stakeholders to make strategic and operational decisions relative to the IT solution delivery. Measure quality of OCT ADS software to drive for quality improvement. Drive for automation in the monitoring and recovery of OCT ADS systems. Drive for automated testing environment of OCT ADS systems. Guide and mentor, a technical team. Manage Software Engineering Team and QA globally on development of highly scalable application to support Front-end manufacturing team. Help migrate existing application to cloud aligning with Microns cloud migration strategy. Serve as SME and technical liaison between software developers and business partners. Drive for quality Audits software development and alignment of OCT ADS solutions globally. Work with global stakeholders to make strategic and operational decisions relative to the IT solution delivery. Research, design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and maintain existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Drive for automated monitoring and testing environment of OCT ADS systems. Identify new technology or roadmap to improve productivity. Perform application Enhancement and feature development with C#, Angular frameworks. Set SMART goals for team performance. Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and conduct code review. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. May telecommute from home part time.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a Computer Science related occupation.
