How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in security technologies such as SWG, CASB, RBI, ZTNA, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the security roadmap for our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security solutions meet the needs of our customers and partners. With the acquisition of Ericom, with its advanced cloud-based security and zero-trust technology, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is accelerating security offerings in the Enterprise Wireless space. This role will focus on building a full-stack security service optimized for 5G/Cellular focused enterprises.\ \ What Will You Do?

• Develop and execute the security product roadmap for our organization, aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to define and prioritize product requirements and drive successful product launches
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape and leverage these insights to inform product strategy
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure that security solutions are developed in a secure, scalable, and efficient manner
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that security solutions are effectively positioned, and customer feedback is incorporated into product development
• Provide thought leadership on security technologies and trends and share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and act as a trusted advisor on security-related matters
• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends, and use data to drive continuous improvement

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Seven (7+) years of experience in product management, with a focus on security solutions
• Proven experience developing and launching successful security products and managing security roadmaps
• Strong understanding of security technologies such as SWG, CASB, RBI, ZTNA, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud security, network security, endpoint security, and data security
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving product development in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
