How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ The Senior Director of IT Infrastructure is a key leadership role, responsible for the strategic direction, management, and oversight of the company\'s global infrastructure operations. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, data center operations, enterprise security, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading diverse teams across multiple geographical locations, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.\ \ What Will You Do?\ Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the global infrastructure teams.
  • Develop and execute long-term infrastructure strategies aligning with the company\'s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, and reliability.
  • Drive infrastructure automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Manage data center operations, including provisioning, maintenance, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure robust enterprise security measures and practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Leverage BMC Helix for effective infrastructure management and service delivery.
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies such as Private Cellular Networks and Fixed Wireless Access Networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the infrastructure team.

\ Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering collaboration and delivering high-impact results.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance for their professional development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.

\ Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and manage the department\'s budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

\ Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Communicate changes and updates to stakeholders across the organization.

\ Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on system performance and project status.

\ Project Management:

  • Oversee large-scale enterprise application projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in infrastructure management, with at least eight (8) years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing domestic and international teams.
  • Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of data center operations, including network, storage, and compute.
  • Expertise in enterprise security, with a focus on protecting infrastructure assets.
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Helix and service management frameworks.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies such as Private Cellular Networks and Fixed Wireless Access Networks.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across a diverse and global organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management and change management expertise.
  • Budgeting and financial management skills.
