Responsible for driving sim2silicon correlations to ensure all current and future products achieve the highest level of accuracy, performance, and quality. Find root cause of circuit or modeling mismatches and collaborate with teams in Design and Product Engineering on the most effective and efficient solutions. Provide Silicon Strategy Validation Plan readiness. Support for all DRAM’s Base Standard circuits. Design base Standard circuits include analog, digital, and DFT related circuits. Provide Silicon validation, monitoring statistical variation, drive circuit modification definitions when required. Collaborate with Design team defining each circuits final implementation and Testmode requirements. Lead Base Standard circuit validation to ensure no impact to project milestones. Ensure Base Standard circuit performance stays in expected range and it’s consistent across DIDs/Fabs. Responsible for all aspects of circuit support for the life of all DRAM for following circuits/areas: Anti-Fuse / Analog (osc, fatcap, analog voltage generators, etc.). Responsible to drive innovations & standards back into design & production to ensure BIC performance. Help drive specification requirements for future products. Work closely with all SME’s (Design & Product Engineering). Support for process development chips. Provide Sim2silicon correlation and experimental anti-fuse validation for future products.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Semiconductor Product Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires 36 months of experience in the following:

  1. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and circuit design.

  2. Knowledge in the validation and qualification processes of semiconductor memory products.

  3. Knowledge of semiconductor test equipment.

  4. Characterization, debugging, and validating semiconductor memory.

  5. Understanding of DRAM Cell operation.

  6. Programming and scripting languages (C, python, Perl, Unix, or bash).

  7. Verification of circuits by means of modeling and simulations using industry standard simulators.
