Scrum Certified Trainer

Location: Boise, ID

Duration: Initial project for two weeks, with potential for extension and continuous support

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Certified Trainer to drive Scrum certification training across various teams within the public sector. This role will be pivotal in supporting Agile transformation initiatives and facilitating the adoption of Scrum methodologies in green field environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Scrum certification training sessions for teams in the public sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

• Customize training materials and content to cater to the unique needs and challenges of different teams.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness.

• Support Agile transformation efforts by advocating for Scrum practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Travel to client sites in Boise, ID, and potentially other locations as required.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification required.

• Proven experience delivering Scrum training and coaching in green field environments, particularly within the public sector.

• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a track record of supporting Agile transformations.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to adapt training content and delivery style to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel to client sites in Boise, ID, and potentially other locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with government agencies or public sector organizations.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the public sector.

• Additional Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
