Overview:

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the execution of select high-priority strategic initiatives. This role supports the translation of the strategic initiatives into strategic business cases and operational business plans for execution. This is a hybrid position located in Boise, Idaho. Looking for candidates with a Project Management background. Previous experience in the Healthcare space is preferred but is not required.

What to Expect:

• Supports development of strategic business cases and operational business plans for high-priority strategic initiatives.

• Supports execution of the plans to meet project milestones, target budget, KPIs, and deliverables.

• Leads work teams related to project execution. Directs and manages work including interfacing with resources and stakeholders across the organization, as well as outside of the organization.

• Provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the portfolio team to execute on the plan.

• Provides regular updates of project progress, risks, and escalations.

• Collects and tracks progress towards outcome metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

• Experience: 6 years relevant experience
