As a member of the Network Management team, our Planning and Execution Managers will lead senior leaders through strategic planning and execution of all efforts associated with how Cambia engages providers. This will include the creation of strategies, working cross functionally to drive engagement and alignment, and tracking short- and long-term objectives. What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • The Planning and Execution Manager would have a Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field, 10+ years of experience working directly with senior management to identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strategy Development and Deployment: Expertise in developing and deploying strategies, with a proven track record of successful implementation in IT organizations. Working effectively in cross functional teams.

  • Operational Knowledge: Proven ability to effectively support business practices that maximize efficiency and achieve success.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Experienced people leader with strong influencing, communication, and facilitation skills, able to adapt to different levels of the organization and build strong relationships.

  • Problem-Solving and Improvement: Skilled in identifying and implementing solutions to complex business issues, with expertise in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, focus on execution and optimization and Change Management methodologies.

  • Coaching and Development: Proven ability to teach, coach, and transfer knowledge to both leadership and line-level employees, with a strong track record of mentoring and developing team members.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Provides strategic planning expertise to drive short- and long-term plans, partnering with Senior Leadership to ensure alignment and resource allocation. Bring strategy to life in a matrixed organization.
  • Develops and executes the organizational strategic planning operating rhythm, assessing progress and recommending revisions as needed. Focus on execution and optimization.
  • Communicates organizational objectives and success measures to all levels, ensuring consistency with the business strategy and tracking progress. Facilitation of strategic conversations from implementing to execution.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves critical risks and issues, escalating to Senior Leadership/stakeholders as necessary.
  • Manages change management, continuous improvement, organizational design, and communication initiatives to drive transformation.
  • Establishes effective communication lines among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building relationships as needed.
  • Leverages department knowledge to represent senior leaders, partners with team members on comm nication and change management strategies, and coaches a high-performing virtual team.

The expected hiring range for a Planning and Execution Manager is \$119,000 - 162,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is \$112,000 - \$184,000. #LI-hybrid
