The Central Ambulatory Pharmacy team at St. Luke’s is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a Pharmacy Business Specialist to enhance our team. This Specialist is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and care that St. Luke’s is known for, while also supporting new initiatives.

This NEW role provides essential support to the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy leadership team and works to improve operational efficiency as this group continues to expand. This position helps sustain the current growth trajectory, ensuring that the ambulatory pharmacy services continue to expand and meet the needs of our patients effectively, by supporting the management team.

What You Can Expect

  • Key responsibilities include data management, financial analysis, reporting, and project coordination.

  • Excel at managing the increased workload associated with implementing new services, while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Assist leadership in optimizing and managing new opportunities with external specialty providers, enhancing revenue streams and maximizing the benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a pharmacy technician
