How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ We seek a People/Talent Operations Program Manager to manage all aspects of talent operations. This role will support the entire scope of the employee journey from applicant to retirement, with a focus on immigration, compliance, and internal mobility. Most importantly, this role involves analyzing multitudes of data to identify, evaluate, and implement the processes, systems, and tools that best meet the needs of the company\'s People teams so that they can find, attract, hire, and retain the best talent out there. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable taking ownership of work, executing, and making decisions while also ensuring appropriate buy-in and seeing around corners.\ \ As a key member of the People team, you will help ensure that our employees have the support they need to be as effective as possible in their roles. You will own important components of global People Operations and play a key role in the implementation of programs, processes, and tools. You won\'t be scared to get your hands dirty by jumping into different efforts on the People team.   • Support the Senior Manager, Global Talent Operations with processes and policies specific to the Talent lifecycle.
  • Partner with other People Team SMEs to develop, manage, and implement processes and procedures.
  • Develop effective and timely communication approaches, including actively keeping others informed and conducting training sessions as appropriate to support the rollout of new policies and processes.
  • Partner with the Internal Communications team to create and distribute Talent Operations change communications (internal & external).
  • Responsible for vendor management and reporting, including managing the contract process in lockstep with our Sourcing Partners.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to develop protocols for evaluating and improving platforms and processes.
  • Partner with the People and Talent Team Leaders to identify prioritized projects and goals.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to create, implement, and manage global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work with the HRIS team to facilitate updates based on process changes and priorities.
  • Main point of contact for People Operations questions and concerns.
  • Owner of data analytics and reporting related to People data.
  • Own, create, and deliver People data presentations and articulate data points to cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • Partner with Business leaders, People Business Partners, and the internal Immigration team to execute our immigration program.
  • Provide hands-on support for the compliance program, including training, reporting, policy implementation, and overall governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally within the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions function and across Ericsson.
  • Support Senior Manager, Global Talent Operations in transformation work as we grow the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions function and transition into the full Ericsson ecosystem, including systems (SuccessFactors), employee experience, and policies and processes.
  • Manage other program management duties as needed.

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Seven (7+) years of Operations experience in HR and/or Recruiting
  • Three (3+) years of compliance program management experience (Combination of any of the following: GDPR, Privacy, Data Retention, regulatory employment laws, ABC controls, etc.)
  • Two (2+) years of Vendor management experience
  • Strong working knowledge and exper ence with HR and Recruiting tools (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Strong level of experience manipulating data in Excel to meet data request needs
  • Experience with hiring and recruiting policies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, creative problem solving and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
  • Successfully partner with internal and external teams to deliver on project timelines and objectives
  • Can manage ambiguity and confidential information

\ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Two (2+) years of supervisory and/or management experience
  • Direct experience with staying up to date with employment laws and rolling out policies to support new laws. Extra bonus points for Global knowledge!
  • Workday and/or Success Factors experience
  • Visa Recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws
  • Strong knowledge of global privacy laws
  • HCM & ATS reporting experience
  • M&A experience
