What You Can Expect:
This is an exempt position
Provide operational support to leverage subject matter expertise across multiple settings and operating units in support of SLHS mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Facilitates the identification and deployment of best practices to support organizational strategic objectives.
Provides subject matter consultation to operating units in support of quality, stewardship, and service goals.
Administers services determined to be more efficiently and effectively performed centrally.
Facilitates Communities of Practice and system workgroups.
Engages with strategic partnerships to drive performance across the organization.
Represents SLHS in interactions with external regulatory bodies, national groups, etc.
Identifies opportunities for innovation.
Participates in the development of long-range plans which support the system's philosophy, strategic directive and general objectives.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional duties may include:
Participate in design, scope, scheduling and budget
Help manage internal resources (IHT/SC/FFE/BSD/APMO)
Assist with managing general contractors
Scope, scheduling and budget
Provide project forecasting
Use of Procore helpful
Provide clear direction to project team members
Review invoices/pay apps/change orders
Work with Quality Control Coordinators
Attend and manage project meetings
Prepare ILSM's
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
Experience:Bachelors + 6 years relevant experience (6) or Associates + 8 years (8) relevant experience or HS_Diploma + 10 years (10) relevant experience or GED + 10 years (10) relevant experience
Licenses/Certifications: None
Preferred: Project management experience on commercial design and construction projects. Health Care experience a plus. Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, end users, architects, engineers and contractors. Capable of managing various internal stakeholders within scope and budget. Ability to communicate effectively
