What you can expect from this role
A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Leading MA precepting and orientation programs to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development of medical assistant staff.
Spearhead the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) program as a leader, driving initiatives for goal setting and achievement within the team.
Assume daily responsibilities for leading the JMOP Huddle, fostering collaboration and communication among staff members to optimize patient care delivery.
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leadership to evaluate and improve workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare operations.
Qualifications
Education
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2 years' experience
Certifications
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
