Join our team as the Director, Customer Experience Portfolio Management. You are an experienced leader of services product management and recurring revenue business models. You lead the portfolio of our customer-centric services designed to accelerate our customer’s value realization. You are responsible for the strategy, design, positioning, launch and performance management of our customer and partner lifecycle offerings. This is a new position designed to help EDB better solve key customer challenges, increase the value we are delivering to customers, provide customers with faster time to value and provide them with the best, modern Data and AI solution powered by Postgres.

In this role, you are responsible for end-to-end Service Product Management of EDB’s lifecycle and fully managed service offerings, including analysis, definition, prioritization, pricing and packaging. You will be working with and coordinating across our Service Delivery Team, Revenue Operations and Product teams to ensure stakeholder alignment, commitments and execution of our solutions.

Your impact will be:

  • Lead the analysis and prioritization of our Lifecycle Service offerings

  • Align our Lifecycle Services offerings with our Product capabilities, roadmap and customer signals

  • Define and structure the Lifecycle Services in conjunction with our Service Delivery team

  • Conduct industry and competitive research on the Lifecycle Services market

  • Define pricing and packaging for our Lifecycle Services in collaboration with Finance and Operations

  • Define and drive business goals and objectives for our lifecycle services including regular progress reporting and updates

  • Closely monitor customer adoption and feedback to refine our offering and solutions

  • Closely monitor our Service Delivery team feedback and work with subject-matter-experts to refine our training and capabilities

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of technical solutions, services and/or product management experience

  • Proven track record for running large projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience in fostering deep customer relationships and solutions

  • Familiarity with launching new product and/or services

  • Evidence of driving product/services improvements based on customer feedback

  • Knowledge of product management tools and platforms

  • Experience with managed/lifecycle services pricing and packaging models
