How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is in a high growth phase, increasingly focused on carrier managed services. This position will support the Company growth in the wireless carrier space.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Win new managed services with a large global wireless carrier - with focus on Rogers, Telus, and Bell
  • Negotiate all managed service contractsand pricing
  • Identify the right resources inside the carrier that will support launching managed services and work closely with the carrier business development team to build a winning strategy
  • Win over the hearts and minds of assigned carrier (key decision makers, resources, coaches, etc.)
  • As account grows, possibly have opportunity to build and manage carrier sales team reporting to Director role
  • Work closely with sales leadership on creating goals, quotas, and measuring KPIs
  • Manage sales budget, MDF, contra and revenue plans
  • Determine most effective way to leverage extended team to create the largest ROI
  • Be the escalation point of contact with ability to manage potentially volatile issues
  • Meet with customer\'s leadership (CEO, CFO, SVPs, etc), and customer sales team to drive mindshare and programs around Company offerings
  • Ensure that the sales strategy results in a differentiated and competitive solution for the intended target markets
  • Embrace a solution-driven approach to ensure we deliver the easiest and most friction-free sales model
  • Be or become a Sales Expert in 5G, SD-WAN, Network security, and networking technologies
  • Collect and synthesize input from carrier and deliver a simplified message to executive management ways we can improve product, sales processes, support and operations
  • Prioritize between long- and short-term challenges, problems and opportunities based on ROI and business rationale to drive sales priorities
  • Partner with BD team to lead programs and tactics for assigned carrier business partner(s) across Wired and Wireless carrier business units, providing overall account leadership with detailed strategic & tactical business plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Provide carrier account expertise to Company executive, sales, marketing, and engineering teams on customer\'s business challenges, culture, and environment, specifically market trends, future technology, competition, and partners that may affect the carrier\'s business

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of proven successful sales and sales leadership, ideally working closely with carriers and building managed services within customer base
  • Strong understanding of networking, 4G/5G, SD-WAN, and network security
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a technical aptitude
  • Excellent leadership and account management skills
  • Extremely proficient with PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
  • Travel as needed - estimated at 30%-60%
  • Location Negotiable, ideally in city with large carrier presence
