St. Luke's Health System Director, Laboratory in Boise, Idaho

The Director Laboratory for our Boise campus is the accountable leader for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of laboratory operations, including patient/customer services, employee relations and financial management, in support of the St. Luke’s mission, vision and goals.
What You Can Expect From This Role
Oversight of the health system's largest laboratory operation
Exposure to a wide array of specialty lab programs including BMT, Car-T, Peds Oncology and more
Operational responsibility of a CAP-accredited lab with a strong culture of quality and safety
Participation in setting strategy and decision-making that significantly impacts the achievement of initiatives for laboratory services
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 years' laboratory experience
Certification in at least one of the following:
Blood Banking (ASCP_BB or SBB)
Chemistry (ASCP_C or SC)
Cytogenetics (CYGT)
Cytotechnologist (ASCP_CT)
Hematology (ASCPH or ASCPSH)
Histotechnologist (ASCP_HTL)
Microbiology (ASCP_M or SM)
Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB)
Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS)
Medical Technologist (ASCPMT or AMTMT)
