Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in BOISE, Idaho, United States. This role falls within the customer service industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will be managing customer interactions, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle both outbound and inbound phone calls from customers

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records

• Provide education and guidance to customers as necessary

• Ensure high-quality customer service during every interaction

• Stay updated with regulatory requirements: FDCPA, RESPA, FCRA

• Review customer accounts for Home Retention Programs based on loan type

• Work towards maintaining a downward trend in delinquency ratios

• Adhere to work schedules and attendance policies

• Take part in training/cross-training and other educational classes beneficial for the job. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively

• Experience with data entry and order entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and manage multiple schedules

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
