As a Process Integration engineer, you will be driving next generation DRAM memory technology development through cross functional responsibilities of module engineering, materials development and device engineering. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating all Capacitor Cell module related activities/innovations between all departments.

Responsibilities : Must have strong semiconductor Process Integration experience in an R&D department. The candidate will be developing the future generation DRAM technologies.

  • Define technology requirements, design rule, structural and electrical specifications for next generation DRAM

  • Engage with cross-function teams with simulation, process development, process architect, circuit design, quality assurance, to meet the target product requirements

  • Pro-actively address technical issues by proposing solutions

  • Documentation for the process integration, potential issues, and test plan for managers and engineers

  • Define milestones for the project and work with the team to achieve the targets and timelines

  • Pathfinding alternate architectures and enablers

  • Driving a culture of excellence

  • Provide technical leadership all module related activities for the lifetime of the project

  • Summarize complex problems, derive and explain actions taken to address them

  • Drive effective cross-functional communication on issue resolution

  • Maintain seamless communication between all departments and sites across organizational borders

Qualifications :

  • MS degree (required)/PhD (preferred) with 7 - 10+ years of DRAM and/or NAND memory research and development experience.

  • Proven capability to successfully resolve complex issues that span multiple groups

  • Proven ability to think and communicate clearly in urgent and stressed situations

  • Have a strong background in DRAM process integration, scaling and device physics

  • Strong knowledge of Design of Experience (DOE) principles and analytical skills

  • Proficient with statistical data analysis software

  • Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.

Education :

Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field is required (unless relevant multi-year working expertise justifies waiving this requirement)
