The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is recruiting for aBLTC Nurse Reviewer Registered Nurse, Senior (RN) position in our Bureau of Long-Term Care (BLTC) team inBoise.We are seeking an individual who is driven to make an impact to our patient’s lives. The Nurse, Registered Senior position is responsible for completing initial and redetermination functional assessments for adults seeking Personal Care Services or Aged and Disabled Waiver services. Completing initial and redetermination functional assessments for children seeking Personal Care Services, Private Duty Nursing, and Katie Beckett assessments for children that require Nursing Facility level of care.

This position is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and does not require work on weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts. This position is currently teleworking or hybrid position (must be willing to travel to the office as necessary).

This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training.

  EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:

• Completes initial and re-determination functional assessments for adults seeking Personal Care Services or Aged and Disabled Waiver services.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  You must possess all the minimum qualifications below to pass the exam for this position. • Experience performing nursing assessments and developing and implementing nursing care plans.Typically gained by at least six months of work experience.
