Essential Role and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Glue Dispensing Machine, Pick and Place Machine, Reflow Oven, Selective Solder, Agilent 5d-Xray. Perform basic soldering and rework of SMT components. Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies. Interpret IPC-A-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications. Flexibility to train and move between functional areas.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working with SMT line a plus. Familiarity with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process a plus Must be computer literate.
