We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will perform test duties and troubleshooting to the component level on complex electrical products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing test duties and troubleshooting to the component level on complex electrical products.

• Diagnosing test equipment or fixture failures and taking corrective action.

• Setting up and adjusting manual and/or automatic test equipment.

• Collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to clarify designs and suggest manufacturing improvements.

• Recording and reporting detailed technical problems to Test Engineers, Design Engineers, or Test Supervisors.

• Determining methods and sequences for new assignments and providing guidance to department personnel.

• Cross-training in other job functions as required.

• Assigning and coordinating work assignments with supervisors to meet department schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree or BSET degree in Electronics Technology, or 10+ years of practical experience as a technician in the aerospace field.

• Prior experience troubleshooting to the component level on aerospace electronics.

• Understanding of basic math and engineering principles.

• Basic knowledge of CAD for simple drawings.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and circuitry.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the use of oscilloscopes.
