Job Summary:

• Managing daily operations and ensuring efficient delivery

• Administrate LTA for Equipment & Parts

• Overseeing and coordinating staff and schedules, with commercial, customer service, financial and LCS teams

• Provide periodical reports (Outlook, Forecast, Operating Plan)

• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures

• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels

• Setting and meeting production goals and targets

• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

• Training and mentoring new hires

• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols

• Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and achieve company objectives

• Managing budget and expenses

• Resolving any operational issues or conflicts that arise

• Conducting regular meetings and providing updates to management

• Staying updated on industry trends and implementing best practices

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors

• Conducting regular equipment and facility maintenance checks

Inventory Management:

• Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory control procedures

• Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations

• Identifying and addressing any inventory discrepancies

• Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment

• Reduce cost and improve standard margins

• RETIE process for electrical equipment and pumps

Quality Control:

• Implementing and maintaining quality control measures

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

• Conducting quality inspections and addressing any issues or concerns

• Implementing corrective actions to improve product quality
