Responsable de la administración del Programa de Soporte a Pacientes para BMS Colombia y Perú. Acorde a las políticas internas demás normas locales que regulan el funcionamiento de los Programas de soporte a Pacientes.

Son responsabilidades del PSP Manager Coloimbia - Perú:

Transmitir la propuesta de valor del PSP a los stake holders cumpliendo lo definido en la politica SOP 1K

Definir un plan anual que incluya presupuesto , actividades , alcance, responsable y puntos de control

Monitorear que el vendor a cargo del PSP se apegue a las politicas de BMS y alertar cualquier desviación a las mismas

Mantener permanente contacto con las areas de compliance, legal y BCF evidenciando la implementación de las actividades del PSP

Velar por el correcto cumplimiento de las actividades de los vendor que prestan servicio al PSP (laboratorios de pruebas de monitoreo y diagnóstico, dosis de inicio) y cualquier otro servicio que se preste desde el PSP y esté dentro de la política SOP 1K

Enmarcar mediante documento formal y mantener vigente (project brief) todaslas actividades relacionadas con el PSP con los avales que la política SOP 1 K define.

Alertar cualquier cambio en el mercado que pueda tener afectación sobre el funcionamiento del PSP

Desarrollo de materiales dirigido a stake holders , estos deben contar con la aprobación local correspondiente

Establecer seguimiento a los KPI's de los reportes a cargo

Manejo eficiente del presupuesto a cargo

Requeridos

Profesional en áreas de la salud y /o administrativas con experiencia en manejo de cuentas relacionadas con las áreas terapéuticas actuales y futuras de BMS

Entendimiento del sistema de salud colombiano y la cadena de suministro desde la prescripción hasta la dispensación y /o administración del medicamento al paciente

Capacidad para analizar datos y elaborar informes

Destrezas en planificación y organización

Sentido de urgencia y orientación al resultado.

Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajo en campo > 50% del tiempo.

Trabajo en equipo, tener la capacidad de interactuar con diferentes áreas, comunicar resultados y promover iniciativas.

Comunicación asertiva y empática al interior y al exterior de la organización

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en manejo de equipos

Deseable

Idiomas : Ingles 70%

Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Power point, y de programas de manejo interno)

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
